Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry the home was not in the condition you expected during your stay. Unfortunately, your visit fell toward the end of the season, and we already had several updates and improvements scheduled for early September. We truly appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. We’ll be sure to do better moving forward and ensure the home is refreshed and ready for our future guests.
