• Propane Grill - Fire up a delicious meal with our propane grill, supplied with grilling tools and a propane tank. Perfect for BBQ dinners after a day in the sun.

• Ample Free Parking – Plenty of space for vehicles and even a travel trailer or two (Please note we do not offer RV pump out).
Things to Note:
• The second bedroom, third bedroom and second bathroom are all located at the rear of the house. There is a large door at the start of the hallway going into this space. The third bedroom (with bunk beds, trundle bed, and murphy bed) does not have its own door. If privacy is desired, the door at the beginning of the hallway can be closed to reduce noise from the main house. Please note that folks using the second bathroom may still pass by. The second bathroom has a sliding barn door adjacent to the third bedroom.
• One shower and the bathtub are located in the master bedroom suite; the second shower is located inside the sauna. The laundry area is also located inside the master suite.
• The house is located 100 feet from the highway; road noise is audible at times from parts of the house. For those who may be sensitive to these sounds, sound machines and ear plugs are provided.
• The home water is filtered, but does have a slightly salty taste from the salt water softener. Some bottled drinking water is provided for those who may wish to use it.
• Both fireplaces are non-operational at this time.

• All entrances to the house require utilizing a small number of stairs
• This is a single-level house; no stairs are inside the house
Security:
• Security cameras face away from the house, toward the decks, entrances and driveway
• No cameras are located inside the house
