Whether you're exploring the city or simply unwinding indoors, this amazing property is the ideal retreat for your trip. Welcome! My husband and I are originally from Oklahoma, with detours in Florida and North Carolina. University of Oklahoma, University of Florida and Duke University are our alma matters. We have lived in Colorado Springs for 23 years now and have 4 grown children. We love the easy access to the mountains, hiking, biking and skiing. We can't wait to share it with you.
Why they chose this property
Our historic neighborhood has the easy feel of a small town in the middle of a big city. Our neighbors love to stop by and chat on an evening walk and there is a camaraderie here that is hard to find anywhere else. It has wonderful access to Colorado College, local hospitals, the olympic training center, I25, and hiking and biking. We would never leave it!

This property has a beautiful style and build that it hard to describe until you are in it. The second level living space with lofted ceiling can't be beat! The carefully thought out design and product is meant to take care of your every need
