Beautiful condo, classy decor, very comfortable bedrooms… Gorgeous view of Lake Norman out the back windows and porch. All questions were answered promptly. We really love this area and hope to come again!

Wonderful condo in a perfect location. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony, all the natural light and the easy access to fun on the lake. Great communication and support from Katie before and during our stay.

Great Stay!

My three friends and I really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was a great location and felt like we did not need to fight the traffic around Lake Norman to get to good restaurants and things to do. Thank you for the good communication prior to our stay.

The views and location are nice, but the unit and complex are a bit dated and worn. There are little things that need attention. The slider screen door is broken, there were cobwebs on the light fixtures, some coffee cups were chipped, and most cooking utensils need to be replaced. The beds and furnishings are comfortable.

Fantastic Views

This condo was conveniently located to grocery stores, highway access, restaurants etc…Beautiful views off the deck! We enjoyed the deck every night….the ceiling fan was so nice! The unit was super clean, comfortable and well appointed with everything you might need! We appreciated an owner who cares for their property!
