Located in the heart of Trail Country...just minutes from the renowned Hatfield-McCoy Trail System and Outlaw trails, as well as the historic town of Matewan, West Virginia, famously known as the site of the 1920 Matewan Massacre. For history enthusiasts, this is also Hatfield-McCoy feud territory, with the infamous Paw-Paw tree incident just a short drive away.
Riverbend Retreat offers the privacy and seclusion of a mountain escape while keeping you close to modern amenities. The property features a spacious gravel parking lot, providing ample room for trucks, trailers, and side-by-sides, with easy access directly off WV-49. Conveniently located across three sets of train tracks, entering and exiting the property is simple and hassle-free.
