Central Home w/ Pool and New Pool House*

Unwind in Galveston at this pool haven. With 5 bedrooms including 3 queen beds, 2 bunk beda, and a sofa bed, this cozy retreat is perfect for families or groups of friends. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, AC, a washing machine, and more. The 3 bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer and shower for your comfort. We hope you enjoy what our place and Galveston has to offer.

This centrally located home offers 2 units. The main house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, along with a spacious living room. Also a newly remodeled functional 3 bedroom pool house with a bathroom and kitchenette.

Guests have full access to the entire home and the detached laundry room near the pool with access to an outdoor shower and bathroom. Every inch of the space is private and not shared. Although there is no garage, the driveway is completely accessible and ready to use and fits nearly 4 cars! As well as free street parking.

The house is a few minute's drives from Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn water park, cruise terminal, and the Historical Galveston Strand.

We welcome all of our guests to enjoy our non-heated swimming pool and patio area, however, please understand that the owners take no responsibility in or around the swimming pool. NO RUNNING, PUSHING OR HORSE PLAYING, NO DIVING (POOL IS ONLY 5 FEET DEEP) in the shallow end, NO UNSUPERVISED CHILDREN. The pool is for our guests ONLY. Guest will swim and use the pool and patio area at their own risk. The owner will not be responsible for accidents or injuries. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation

We are pet friendly but do as that they be potty trained, cleaned up after and kept off of furniture. There is a one time $30 pet fee associated with bringing a furry friend.

The property is full of space for the best trips to Galveston. Enjoy a dip in the pool during the day and drive less than 5 minutes to some of the hottest spots in Galveston!

Michael did a great job communicating with us and was a great host. The accommodations were exactly what we needed based on location and available space. We did not get to use the pool due to the time of year of our stay, but it is a great additive for the summer months. The house was clean with all of the amenities that were required.

Great property for our family!

We loved our stay at this property. We could get my handicapped father around the living area easily and the grandkids enjoyed the pool. The pools outdoor area was nicely set up.

House was exactly as described. We had a few hiccups, washer wasn't working , storm took out electricity and when it came back on things were not working properly.It was very easy to reach the owner and they even came out Christmas Eve and Christmas day to help with the issues. Very pleased with the response time and availability. Would stay here again.

The check-in is very easy. The main house is very spacious, a large common area with plenty of seating. And a ping pong table that our kids/grands enjoyed. We all stayed in the main house but utilized the bathroom/shower in the pool house. With 5 women the 3 showers were great. The kitchen had plenty of counter space and a nice eating area. We enjoyed the pool after our days at the beach. It's got a good sun/shade ratio and plenty of poolside furniture. And a box filled with pool toys.

The outside deck and pool was everyone’s favorite place to hang out! The host was very responsive when we were missing things like towels for all 15 of us, or sheets for the sofa bed. We played a lot of ping pong as well. I think this is a fairly new host, so there weren’t quite enough of things like silverware, coffee cups, no lamps in bedrooms, some spaces were missing curtains, and there’s no outlet in the bathroom of the pool house. Hopefully the longer this house is listed, the more it will all get worked out!
