We Host is a professional property management company. We typically answer messages between 9AM and 10PM. We are available 24/7 by phone, after 10pm/overnight for urgent matters. You may find yourself speaking with any of our team members.
Our home is ideally situated for you to experience the best of St. John's. You're just a 3-minute drive or a scenic walk from Signal Hill, where you can enjoy a picnic, hike the trails, and learn about the city's rich history.
For a great local experience, take a 5-minute walk down to Duckworth Street to visit Bannerman Brewery. With its great atmosphere, friendly people, and a lovely patio, it's a local favourite you won't want to miss.

Head upstairs to find three serene bedrooms and one full bathroom:
Bedroom 1: Features a comfortable double bed and a dedicated laptop-friendly workspace with a view of the backyard. Bedroom 2: Offers a queen bed and a charming private balcony where you can enjoy early morning views of the city and harbor. Bedroom 3: Contains a double bed and a large window overlooking the street. The bright and clean full bathroom includes a shower/tub combination, stylish hexagonal floor tiles, and complimentary East Coast Glow amenities for a touch of local luxury.
The neighborhood is very walkable, with many cafes, shops, and attractions just steps away. For those driving, we provide a street parking permit for ONE (1) vehicle.
Important Information Stairs: Yes, there are 6 steps to the front door and a full flight of stairs to the second-floor bedrooms. Parking: Permit for one vehicle is provided for street parking. Wi-Fi & Cable: Yes, both are available for your use. Washer & Dryer: Yes, located within the home. Air Conditioning: This home is not equipped with air conditioning. Barbecue: There is no barbecue available. Family Items: A high chair and crib are available upon request. Please let us know prior to your reservation if you require them. Monitoring: The home is equipped with a Netatmo device that monitors for smoke and excessive noise levels to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests and neighbors. We have poured our hearts into creating a space you'll love and can't wait to host you in St. John's!
