Check back mid/late May 2026 for this Escape to a resort like paradise, at this newly renovated & furnished 5 bedroom house house in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ.
Rooms include 2 king bedrooms, 2 queen bedrooms and a dorm room for the kids or adults with 2 trundles (4 twin beds). Top of the line linens are included, as well as big fluffy bath towels.
There is a den that sleeps two and kitchenette downstairs near the backyard sliding doors for easy access to refrigeration and cleanup.
This amazing property offers a giant open concept kitchen, dining room & living room with central AC, WiFi, two large screen Samsung Smart TVs, which makes this a perfect place for the whole family to gather. The main floor features a newly renovated bathroom with a shower and a half bath on the lower level in the den/yard area.

My name is Linda Layburn, I was a 5 Star Hostess on VRBO from 2014 to 2021. I sold my property to care for a family member and now I am starting the business I love all over again in 2025. I purchased my new property during the Summer, so I am beginning August 2025.
Why they chose this property
Point Pleasant Beach is one of the best beach resort areas in America in my opinion. It offers all sorts of entertainment for families, couples and singles. Live entertainment in many venues, pristine beaches, arcades, an amusement park, miniature golf, an aquarium, ice cream & candy shops and fabulous restaurants.
You also have numerous choices for fishing, parasailing and golfing nearby.

What makes this property unique
This is not some shabby beach house with rooms the size of the bed within it. Each room is spacious, and beautifully appointed, it makes you feel like you are truly on vacation, not camping out.
