Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Wash and dry all dishes very well and put away. Wipe counters.
*3 Bags Max of trash to be left in the house by kitchen garbage can. The rest of trash outside of the 3 bags must be taken home. Recycle all cans and bottles at home. Do not leave trash outside.
Put all used bed linens and used towels on back balcony table.

About the host

I am a retired teacher who lives in Orinda, CA. Being so close to San Francisco on the West side allows me to enjoy city life, and on the East side - Yosemite and all the mountains you could want. I am too old to sleep on a cot or the ground, so camping is out. However, I love the mountains the best because there is so much to do no matter what season it is, also it is a slower lifestyle with wonderful people to meet. My cabin has been in my family for 40 years, so it has many fond memories. I share my cabin with gratitude and joy knowing more magical and special memories are made. It has just had a totally face lift and looks beautiful. It is a restful and happy place.
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is small, quiet, safe, friendly, and surrounded by the Stanislaus National Forest. The neighborhood walks are just beautiful whatever time of year it is.
What makes this property unique
The cabin is close enough to quickly access Twain Harte, Pinecrest, Dodge Ridge, and the High Sierra, yet tucked away in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood so one can easily stay cozied up at the cabin or go out and explore and experience adventure.
Also, the driveway is flat and is one step to the front door making this a uniquely easy driveway in the mountainous area. Great for access, especially in the winter months or for elderly persons. The driveway is plowed in winter. It is just so easy to stay and relax at the cabin no matter what season. The driveway can fit about 3 cars.
The sides and back of the house and property offer more of slight hills for sledding.
The property and trees have been really well maintained so there is a healthy spaciousness amongst the trees. There is both sun and shade.
