Welcome to our ranch plan lodge, located on the esteemed Golf Course Road! If you are looking for the easiest accessibility in town you have come to the right place! From flat, paved roads to your doorstep, to a location right near everything, to a ranch plan that makes it accessible for everyone, we've got it all!
* Please note, after booking this cabin will be referred to as the "4BR/3BA/loft Pickleball Lodge" in email prompts you receive.*

****PLEASE READ*** We are having issues with VRBO that they are currently unable to fix, and this has been the case with 3 of our properties over 4 years. Occasionally when guests try to book this property, their payment gets declined, even though the dates are available and the booking price does not exceed the limits of their credit card. Wonderful property!! House was very clean and inviting. We enjoyed all of the amenities, especially the game room and pickle ball court. Beds were clean and comfortable. Plenty of linens, blankets, and towels provided. We appreciated all of the beach towels! Highly recommend this property! As an added bonus we saw wild life each day on the property. We saw moose, deer, birds and even a bear!

Exceptional!!

Sensational! 7 of us, 5 college aged boys, stayed 4 nites and this house has everything – huge bedrooms, kitchen with everything down to meat thermometers, huge dining room table, great hottub, the pickeball court was terrific, the gameroom is better in person than in pics – pool and ping pong tables are top notch. Super comfortable mattresses and bedding and we slept like royalty with the windows open. 2 washer dryer sets came in handy. The town center is just a mile or so, and RMNP entrance a couple of miles in the other direction. Best of all, the wildlife was amazing - hummingbirds, deer, bear, and moose - we saw more at this house than we did in 4 days in RMNP. Relaxing and perfect vacation spot! Cam the owner was super helpful with any questions we had. Highly recommend!!

Howdy! We are Cam and Emily, and we hope you enjoy our home! A little about ourselves... Cam dabbles in several different businesses. He is a real estate investor, both in long term rentals and vacation rentals, and he also owns his own personal training business. His hobbies include flying, hunting big game, snowmobiling, dirt biking, off-roading, working out, volunteering in kid's ministry in church and anything outdoors with Emily and their 2 puppies. Emily works for an interior design company, and helps clients design their finishes in their newly built homes. In her free time she enjoys working out, hiking, playing volleyball, and spending time with the dogs (and Cam of course!). We have fallen in love with Grand Lake, and hope that our guests come to love it here as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

The most easy access you could ask for, being just outside of Grand Lake proper. You'll often see moose, elk and other big game from the cabin, but also have easy access to the trail system nearby.
