Dog Friendly and STEPS from the Ocean! Big Beach House with Pool, BBQ & Garage

Relax and unwind in this spacious and beachy 3 bedroom, 2 bath home ideally located in the NSB beachside! Just a short 2 minute walk from the ocean, this coastal retreat features nautical decor, a private pool, fully equipped kitchen, and enclosed garage. Enjoy sunny days poolside, beach strolls, and cozy nights in a home that has everything you need for the perfect getaway. Ideal for families or friends looking for comfort, convenience, and coastal charm—all in one unforgettable location.

Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in.

A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 4-7 days (depending on credit card used), the security hold will be released and re-held each 4-7 day period of your stay.

This property is dog friendly (1 dog, 15 lbs or less) with a Pet Fee of $163.80 USD + Tax. Dog must be cleaned up after throughout guest's stay and must never be permitted on any furniture or left unattended at the property. Please be sure to disclose pet when booking. Legal ADA Service Animals (dogs or miniature horses only) are always welcome and do not need to be included in the pet count when booking. Please note that an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) does not qualify as a Service Animal in the State of Florida.

Parking: One (1) parking space in attached driveway. One (1) parking space inside the enclosed garage. All are offered free of charge to guests.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The booking guest must e-sign Rental Agreement prior to check-in. A separate $250 USD Security Hold will be scheduled on your card when you book.
Please report if traveling with dog (1 max) . Dog is not permitted on any furniture and must be cleaned up after. Primary renter must be a guest.
No smoking, vaping, or illegal drug use of any kind is permitted; $250 USD fine for violations. Two (2) cars max per booking.

Perfect Beach Bungalow

We stayed here for a week. It was myself, my partner, and our 8 year old. It was perfect! Great location just steps to the beach. A wonderful private backyard with pool. The decor in the home was tasteful and on brand for the location. We will definitely be back!
