Located in Groesbeck, this delightful house boasts 6 bedrooms - 5 bedrooms with king beds, 1 loft bedroom with a full bed and 2 twin beds. With amenities like a washing machine, dryer, AC, Wi-Fi, and heating, guests will feel right at home. The 3 full bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers and showers for convenience. Adjacent to the house is a lovely game room with a pool table, darts, 6 in 1 foosball table, card table, arcade machine and seating. On the back patio of the house is a dinning table, outdoor patio furniture seating, propane grill and charcoal grill. Just a few steps away is a fire pit and beautiful Lake Limestone. There is a front door camera and side house camera for security purposes. There are several nearby boat ramps to launch your boat at. The Marina is a 10 minute boat ride across the lake, with a restaurant, gas and convenience items. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our house.

Our stay was incredible and peaceful. The house looks even better than the pictures. Karen was kind and welcoming. She was very responsive to any needs we had and made our stay relaxing and comfortable. We look forward to coming back next year it was very peaceful. Thank you for your hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay at the lake house. My granddaughters are already asking when we can go back. They were a little freaked out by the spiders and bugs but that's part of lake/county living. We loved them being able to swim right off the shore and it was shallow enough for them to play and have a good time. There was plenty of room for all of the kids and grandkids.

This was a great hone. Lots of bedrooms and spacious.it was clean, had plenty of outdoor space. There were plenty of dishes and towels, The ac was cold which was great because it was 104 degrees outside. The dock was in good shape plus there was a small house with a pool table and games. The house slept 10 adults easily and the owner kindly let our family member park their rv in the driveway and plug in so that their cat was safely cooled. They were in the total head count that we paid for so it wasn't a free ride. It was a little spendy considering it was only for 2 nights, but we really liked the home and highly recommend it. Plus, the host was very responsive, answering our questions quickly.

The care takers of the property were super nice and showed us how certain things there worked. The place itself was great for our big family. All the rooms were very nice and beautifully furnished. Great big deck looking out over the lake with a new peer to fish off or just to sit and enjoy the view. Will more than likely stay again when all of us can gather together again.

Loved this location! Great for families with kids as the beach area and the shallow water was safe and fun for the kids to play in. The huge covered deck with lots of chairs made it a great place to hang out as the children played. The rooms all have king size beds, except one bunk bed. This was great for the adults. The kitchen had lots of pots, pans, utensils. A little wear and tear in the house, and definitely there are insects since you are in the country--but nothing that detracted from our enjoyment. Checking in was a little difficult because the phone reception wasn't 100 percent reliable so at first couldn't access message with code for unlocking door. Once inside the house, the internet connection was fine and phones operated well. Recommend downloading texts and directions before you leave your home to go to this wonderful VRBO

Excellent stay!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful 6-bedroom lake house! The home was spotless on arrival, and every room felt welcoming and comfortable. The highlight for us was definitely the spacious outdoor patio overlooking the lake — perfect for morning coffee, family dinners, and relaxing evenings by the water.The kitchen was fully stocked and made cooking for a large group easy, and the living areas were cozy yet spacious enough for everyone to gather. The host’s communication was fantastic from start to finish, answering questions quickly and offering great local recommendations.Overall, this was the perfect spot for our family getaway — peaceful, beautifully maintained, and with plenty of room for everyone. Highly recommend!

The lake house is beautiful, and the view is absolutely fantastic. The property has so much potential, but unfortunately our stay was impacted by several maintenance and cleanliness issues.When we arrived, it did not appear the house had been thoroughly cleaned. We found candy wrappers in multiple rooms, what looked like chocolate smears in the main bedroom, and cobwebs throughout the inside and outside of the home.The exterior was covered with what appeared to be spider egg sacs or insect cocoons. While we understand bugs are common at a lake house, the buildup suggested the property had not been properly maintained. We were also unable to use the upstairs loft because the doors were not sealed correctly, allowing large numbers of flying insects into the room.The detached game room was dirty, had numerous cobwebs, and we were told the cleaning crew does not clean that building or the outdoor areas. Outside, there were Solo cups left behind, a trash can still full from the previous BBQ, and several active wasp nests around the patio.Lastly, the listing advertised a hot tub as an amenity, but there was no hot tub on the property.The scenery is amazing, but the cleanliness, maintenance, and inaccurate listing prevented this from being the experience we expected
