Just a few minutes walk from the canal, aire river and some lovely woodland trails, as well as plenty of local shops and amenities.

Just a 10 minute drive or bus ride direct to from Leeds-Bradford Airport, train station less than 5 minute drive or 15 miniute walk, with great transport links to the whole region.

It’s also a great base to explore the Yorkshire Dales and surrounding areas.

The neighbourhood has literally everything you could need ion terms of ammeneties and transport links both local, national and international. I particularly love the access to nature, woodlands, trails, river paths. There are so many hidden trails to explore.

What makes this property unique

The property has a very cosy vibe. The log burner and 200" cinema screen particularly stand out. Guests consistently comment on how much they love staying and how comfortable they feel in the house.
