I was looking for a unit within walking distance of the Convention Centre. I was conveniently close. The unit was bright, clean and warm. He was prompt with communication. Parking was included which was a bonus.

This was a great stay! The apartment was exceptionally clean, well stocked, safe, and within walking distance to all of downtown. The host communicates quickly and well. I love that parking is included (although it is about a half a block walk to access it). Full size fridge and kitchen were awesome to have! The value is incredible considering the parking and access to downtown. I walked to the Ice District for an Oilers game without any issue. Right beside the LRT entrance and bus stop. Overall an awesome stay and I would definitely stay again. Just a couple of handy things to know: they use scented laundry detergent so if you have sensitivities, this might not work as the scent on the sheets/bedding and bath towels seemed quite strong. The elevator and stairs in the parkade is only open from 6am-10pm so if you arrive late, you'll need to walk down the ramp of the entire parkade so it's just something to be aware of.

Communication prior to arrival at the property was excellent. Host was responsive and proactive in getting ready for our arrival. However, upon arrival, the instructions to enter the property were not correctly communicated and delayed our entrance. This was helped along smoothly with the help of the Vrbo help center staff. Poor communication, due to inaccurate contact information, led to the delay but all was solved and there was no harm, no foul. The apartment itself was in excellent condition and had everything that we needed for our stay. The apartment was clean, well-organized, and well-stocked. The view of the city was excellent and, most importantly, the location was central and close to several hotspots and the local transit. We were able to walk to find coffee, have a cold beverage, and local eats.
