Welcome to Paradise! This custom built ,three story home is located directly on the beach in Indian Shores.

The interior features gorgeous hardwood floors throughout, and an impressive open staircase.The beautiful kitchen is fully-equipped with high end appliances. The living room is well-furnished.

The house has three very comfortable bedroom suites, each with its own full bath and private sitting areas. Two (King-Bed's) bedrooms are on the top floor with beachfront balconies. The third (Queen-Bed) bedroom is on the bottom floor (separate outside entrance) with a private beachfront patio.

Additionally, there is laundry room, library wall, and built-in window seats offering spectacular sunset views over the Gulf of Mexico . A small office is just off the kitchen, with built-in desk.

Internet connection and wireless are included.

The house has outside porches on each floor, furnished with chairs and tables.

The home is three floors. The ground level has a 2-car garage and carport parking for up to 4 cars.

We provide 2 kayaks and assorted beach toys for all ages. Also included are 6 beach chairs, 2-3 beach umbrellas, various floats, and miscellaneous beach activity gear.

There is a private and enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

ABSOLUTELY: NO PETS, NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES/GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND

Level 2: The second floor has a large comfortable living room and a spacious dining room with seating for 6-8.

In addition, there is a large open and fully equipped kitchen, a small office area, and a powder room . Two oversized window seats overlook the beach and the beachfront balcony is furnished with Poly-wood chairs.

Level 3: The third floor has bedrooms, each with a full bath and beachfront balcony, a library wall and the laundry room. Additionally, you will find a comfortable window seat with awesome beach views
