Beach Block! Welcome to your dream vacation, a beach block retreat in the heart of Ocean City! This Newly Renovated BEACH BLOCK 2nd-floor condo is also the perfect getaway for those seeking sun, sand, and fun.. Situated in the 800 block of the north end of town, this property is just a stone's throw away from the beach and all the fantastic amusements Ocean City offers. Simply stroll past 10 houses and 1 hotel to enjoy the beach and boardwalk! It’s a great spot to view the fireworks and the ferris wheel light show.

As you step inside this condo you will be greeted with over 900 sq ft. of spacious living with central air. This home is perfect for entertaining friends and family. Enjoy high speed internet to stream your favorite flix on the new 65” smart TV. The well equipped kitchen boasts quartz countertops and a generously sized island with tile flooring, giving you plenty of space to pack a lunch for the beach or whip up your favorite beachside meals. Use the grill to cook up dinner, then eat on the outdoor table or the full sized dining room. Step outside onto the porch and take in the fresh ocean air. Whether sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a sunset cocktail, this outdoor space is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

The master bedroom provides a peaceful beachy atmosphere with a queen bed and plenty of closet space. The 2nd bedroom offers a twin over full sized pyramid bunk bed, with an additional twin trundle bed and a rollaway cot. The newly carpeted living room is furnished with a new sofa that also converts to a queen sofa bed. This condo easily sleeps 6 people. The tub shower combo makes bathing simple for kids or adults. Guests must provide their own sheets and towels.

Beach Chairs and an umbrella are provided. The washer and dryer make laundry a breeze. Park for the week using the PROVIDED city lot Parking Pass, then walk to everything that makes Ocean City famous. It’s a short stroll to restaurants, ice cream, and shopping on Asbury Avenue, or the beach, boardwalk, amusement rides, and waterpark. The nearby Bay Front offers jet ski rentals, parasailing, an aquapark, and kayaking among several other water sports!

Load and start the dishwasher
Store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Return the parking pass and 2 beach tags.
Make the beds. Vacuum.
Wipe down the kitchen and remove all trash. Lock the front and back doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not hang towels on front porch railing. Lock the bike when not in use AT ALL TIMES!
Rinse all sand from your body and property with the hose before entering the condo. Rinse beach chairs and return to shed.
Please leave the property the way you found it. Return 2 beach tags and the parking pass to the table in dining room.

Everything was as described. Surpassed our expectations! Very clean, spacious rooms. Extra benefit of them having beach supplies available. Host was very responsive. Only drawback is lack of reserved parking at the condo, although we were able to get a street spot and when one wasn’t available the parking lot is a couple blocks away. Quiet neighborhood after the boardwalk closes. Great neighbors. Quick walk to beach and boardwalk. Would definitely stay here again.
