Amazing home, peaceful place
This house is incredible! It's comfortable and perfect for a long stay. If you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway with your loved ones, this is the spot for you!
Great quiet location, perfect for a weekend family stay. One con: the house is made of “paper” and you can hear everyone talking and walking and closing and opening doors between the floors. It was quite challenging for us with 3 families and toddlers. The house and the views and the distance to be beach were excellent!

Hi, Maryana! Thank you for sharing your thoughts! We’re so glad you enjoyed the location, the views, and the short walk to the beach—it sounds like you had a lovely weekend with your family. We appreciate your feedback regarding the sound between floors. We understand that with multiple families and toddlers, this can be challenging, and we’ll certainly keep it in mind as we continue to improve the guest experience.
We hope to host you again in the future!
Best, Stefanie
Check in process very easy and accessible. Nice open living space with a beautiful screened in porch and loved that there was a beach access walking distance from the house. Only downfall is the space could have been cleaned better prior to arrival. The bedspreads were dirty and floors needed cleaning.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the easy check-in, open living space, screened-in porch, and convenient beach access. We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues you encountered — this is certainly not the standard we aim for, and we’ll be addressing it with our cleaning team to ensure future guests have a spotless experience. We appreciate your honesty and hope to have the opportunity to host you again.
Beautiful home and furnishings. The kitchen is fantastic (although I needed instruction on how to use the induction stove) and comes with high quality cookware and dishes. The nearby general store was a bonus, and they have fresh donuts on the weekend. Everyone had a great time there. Sound coming from the upstairs main living area to the downstairs bedrooms is the only downside.

Thank you for your kind words! We’re so glad you enjoyed the home, the kitchen, and even the weekend donuts from the nearby store. We appreciate your feedback about the induction stove and the sound between floors, and we’ll keep that in mind for future guests. It’s wonderful to hear everyone had a great time!
The house is beautiful and the location peaceful. The elevator was very helpful for our dog, who doesn't climb stairs. The 3rd floor screened in porch was great and we spent a lot of time out there eating and playing games. The walk to the beach was 2 blocks and beach was great, nearly vacant most of the days we were there. The property was nicely furnished and well maintained but we had to bring nearly everything with us: sheets, towels, beach towels, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, beach chairs, etc. It was truly the only downfall to this house. Most privately owned homes we've rented come with those things available. Otherwise, loved the location and beach.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the peaceful location, the elevator, and the screened-in porch—it sounds like you made the most of your time at the beach and in the house. We appreciate your feedback regarding the supplies, and we’ll take it into consideration for future improvements to make our guests’ stays even more convenient. We hope to welcome you back again soon!
My family (4 adults, 2 young children) greatly enjoyed our stay at this home. PROS:- The home is BEAUTIFUL! The screened in balcony was our favorite hang out spot and we could see the fireworks at the beach. - It's an end property, so we didnt have to worry about neighbors, evenso the noise level was minimal. - The large window upstairs provides for amazing views.- The beach is a 7 minute walk right down the road and its not packed. We were there on 4th of july weekend and it wasnt busy- Property is completed with all new appliances and they provide items like kitchen supplies and laundry detergent- Outdoor shower and elevator were clutch! Be mindful there is a window from the back neighbors house that can see directly into the shower though!CONS:- I wish they had TVs in some of the bedrooms. At night some folks wanted to catch up on different shows , there's only one TV in the house....but thats not the reason we were on vacation anyway!- you can hear EVERYTHING from upstairs in the downstairs bedrooms...walking/running, objects falling can all be heard in the bedrooms..thank goodness for noise machines and ear buds- There was a slight issue with the fire alarm when we got there (it was sounding off non stop) but i was able to quickly get in contact with the listing agent and she sent someone to fix it in 30 minutes. We loved this property and this location and would be delighted to stay here again. Make sure to bring alot of bug spray, the mosquitoes are crazy

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re thrilled to hear that your family enjoyed the home and all its amenities, from the screened-in balcony and ocean views to the outdoor shower and elevator. It’s great that you were able to enjoy a quieter beach even on 4th of July weekend!
We appreciate your feedback regarding the TVs and sound between floors—this helps us know what future guests might want to consider bringing. We’re glad the fire alarm issue was quickly resolved and that it didn’t impact your stay too much.
We hope you come back soon, and yes—definitely bring plenty of bug spray! 🦟
