This 1,000 sq ft condo is a 5 Star property located 250 feet above the beach. It is located within walking distance to three 5 star hotels at the Dana Point Headlands (The Strand). The oceanfront patio and living room have fabulous coastal views. This is the best that it gets!. You can relax on the patio with a drink, watch and listen to waves and if you are lucky, see the dolphins playing in the surf. In the evening, watch the sunset over the ocean.
The Contemporary' has two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the second with a queen bed. The unit has two full baths and is located on the second floor.
The 120 square foot PATIO has a stunning ocean view which leads into the great room with an open kitchen and dining area facing the ocean. The open dining area has a table and 4 chairs. There is also a second large patio (200 square foot) with a barbecue, table for 4 and sun recliner.
The unit overlooks Strands Beach - just 1/4 mile south of the famed Ritz Carlton Hotel and Salt Creek Beach Park, and is located adjacent to the path to the beach on top of the bluff. It is very quiet, peaceful and safe. It is truly one of the most unforgettable spots you will ever find. The condo is furnished impeccably and has everything you could need for a vacation...You may think you are staying at the Ritz Carlton. ...just bring your toothbrush.

We have owned this property for 20 years and the property ourselves. We take great pride in keeping it in excellent condition. I am trained as a scientist but about five years ago began painting. All of the units have original art in them, either mine which is very contemporary or that of my mother’s which is more traditional. Having grown up in Mexico, I am fluent in Spanish and after living in Paris for a couple of years, I am also fluent in French. We’d love to have you visit our little piece of paradise.
