Fantastic, large (over 1900 sq ft.) & beautiful Sun Lake Village home on the Lakeside of Hwy 95 & close to ALL that our resort town has to offer. Beautiful courtyard entry w/double door entry, relaxing & very private backyard w/sparkling quartz finish pool & outdoor kitchen. 3 bedrooms & 2 baths w/ main ensuite offering dual sinks, garden tub, separate oversized shower & large walk-in closet. 2 generous sized guest bedrooms with beautiful bathroom, Gourmet kitchen w/granite counters, large breakfast bar w/abundant storage. Spacious laundry room w/ even more storage. 3 car (boat deep) garage with w/air cooled workshop. Ceiling fans in all rooms. The list of wow factors items goes on & on & on. We love this home and are certain you will too.

We have a $150 cap on electricity and a $75 cap on gas. Overage to be paid by the tenant with bill provided.
