We booked this home for a family vacation with our kids and grandchild. It was the perfect space for all of us to spread out. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and we enjoyed the space very much! Thank you to the hosts for providing their home for us to rent and enjoy visiting with our family in the area. We have already talked about renting it again if we all decide to come to IL for another visit!

Such a beatiful home, inside and out! This estate is the perfect location when in the Chicago area. The home has great amenities. My collegues and I had no issues and each of us highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

My family and I had an amazing time here, the home is welcoming and very clean with a lot of things to keep everyone from the little kids to us old kids entertained. Pros - Easy to get to, easy check in, a lot of “toys” to occupy everyone, great size pool and enough lounge chairs, nice fire areas, private, enough rooms and space for everyone.Cons - No binder to help with anything in the house - tv, showers, remotes, pool, phone numbers in case of emergency. Only a piece of paper on the fridge. No hot water in the master shower, host contacted, said they would let us know when the plumber would be out. Never received an email or text. Master bedroom shower was not clean. Pacifiers everywhere, left from last guests. Decorations left up downstairs from last guest. Pool was dirty at the bottom in the deep end, pool toys at bottom.Overall the stay was good, the lack of hot water in the master shower is something that needs to be addressed asap in my opinion.

We would like to mention that the pool was vacuumed right before your arrival and was very clean at check-in. As an outdoor pool, however, wind can sometimes bring in sand, leaves, or other debris during a guest’s stay. Regarding the master shower, there was warm water available, although we understand it may not have been as hot as expected. We contacted our plumber immediately, but unfortunately the earliest appointment available was Monday morning. While we do our best to maintain everything in perfect working order, unexpected issues can occasionally happen during a stay. We apologize for the items that were missed by our cleaning team and appreciate you bringing them to our attention. Thank you again for your feedback and for staying with us.
