The condo was in a great location facing the water to see sunrise every morning and to the convention center. Also nicely decorated and in pretty good shape

Upon arrival, the property smelled musty. The bunk room was horrible, nor only with the constant musty smell, but with sheets and plastic hanging down from the top bunk above the bottom. The bottom bunk comforter had chunky red stuff dried on it, which in my mind, means the sheets were not clean either... The beds were extremely wobbly and there were some sort of sticky track lighting hanging down nearly to the top bunk. We were not able to use that room based on the condition. The unit was much more dated than pictures show. There were dust bunnies flying from a wall vent, there was mold on the 1/2 bathroom vent- which didn't work. The windows where the patio is were covered in some sort of film- so much so that we were not able to see out of them. Hair stuck to the windows on the outside of deck. Deck door 95% rust. Need in the room with the bay window was only a 3in foam on top of a box spring. I needed to cut open a package, found scissors in a kitchen drawer that had sticky gunk and hair on the blade. Saw a couple bowls with stuck food. We bought our own kitchen stuff. Housecleaning came in and cleaned the windows, remade the beds in bunk room the next day. Furniture had wear and tear. Bathrooms were clean. Unit Feinstein needs some TLC. Probably could use a better cleaning company too. Nice view of the ocean.
