Fantastic place! We came down for soccer tournaments and this was perfect - close, easy access to both the Indiana Invaders complex and the Jr Irish fields. Annelotte was lovely to work with and the house was very nice. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a very quaint and comfortable place. We visited the university and stayed here for a couple of nights. Incredibly clean and the hosts were very gracious. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come up to South bend.

My fiancé & I were looking for a relaxing place to stay for our weekend visit to South Bend & this guesthouse was simply perfect. It was situated off the main road in a quiet neighborhood with only the sound of highway traffic behind the house to provide white noise! Towels, sheets, pillows, shampoo, soap, & a hair dryer (with diffuser!) were waiting for us when we arrived. The house was clean & provided exactly what we needed... quiet, comfort, & warmth on the chilly October nights when we stayed. The downstairs had a small kitchen, a loveseat sofa & TV, and a full bathroom with a shower. The upstairs was an entire bedroom with 2 king-sized beds & lots of room to spread out! The high ceilings added to the sense of spaciousness. We felt like we could really rest up there. The only thing that could be a bit tricky were the stairs to the bedroom. They're a spiral staircase & they look lovely. Just be careful going up & down, the steps are kind of small. The best little touch to our stay was the snacks & bottled waters in the fridge! We brought our own food, but it was so nice to have a cold water upon our arrival! We ended up having a few snacks, too. This wonderful rental was in a great location & we found ourselves only 12 minutes or so from downtown. South Bend has some fantastic restaurants downtown like The Dainty Maid, The Early Bird, & FatBird! All were excellent choices, as was a visit to the Chocolate Café downtown. Perfect for our girls’s getaway

My friend and I have been meeting in Niles for a weekend for many years. We rented this property as it was located well to the places we wanted to visit. It was a wonderful space for our time together. The space met our needs. The mattresses were so comfortable. We were able to easily able to prepare breakfast. Communication with Anna was easy, and her information to access the property was clear. We will be staying again.

We loved this little guest house. Was perfect for a week in South Bend. Clean, well kept, comfy beds and pillows, and great location. Hosts are kind and communicative. We will look for the same house when we’re back next summer!
