Charming 3 BR/3.5 Bathroom Townhome at Seven Springs Mountain Resort
Reconnect with loved ones in this dog friendly townhouse. The location is a short walk to the association's outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, tennis, pickleball ball and basketball courts and playground. Bring the kids and connect to the outdoors in The Laurel Highlands. There are many State Parks in the area, mt. biking and hiking trails abound. Fallingwater, Kentuck Knob and Ohiopyle State Park are only 25 minutes away.
THE PROPERTY
The main level has an open floor plan with the living room, eating area and kitchen. The living room has a beautiful gas fireplace and cathedral ceilings. There is a powder room on this level, the master bedroom (queen size bed and a TV) and the master bathroom (2 bowl vanity, commode and jacuzzi tub/shower combo. Upstairs is a loft with two bedrooms on either side. The loft has a bar, TV and an arcade game (pac man). The second bedroom has a set of bunk beds with a full size bed on the bottom and a single bed on top. There is also a single trundle bed, a single pull out Ottoman and a private bathroom. The third bedroom has a single bed, a set of bunk beds with a full size bed on the bottom and a single on top. There is also bunk bed with a single on top with a queen pull out futon on the bottom.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests have use of the entire townhouse except the garage.

The agency operated under Al Meucci's ownership for nearly 50 years before Michele Meucci acquired it. Al was the first real estate agent to focus his work at Seven Springs Mountain Resort, so Michele grew up on the mountain and had the pleasure of watching Seven Springs grow into what it is today. We're proud to be taking Al Meucci Real Estate into the second generation of ownership and look forward to providing high quality property management and vacation rental services!

We love that this neighborhood is ski in/out. This townhouse is within walking distance to Village Trail, so guests can easily access the slopes without having to drive or shuttle down the mountain to the lodge. We also love that this townhouse has access to a variety of amenities in the Summer such as an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball courts, a playground, and nice walking trails. The Villages at Seven Springs are just a beautiful in the Summer as they are in the Winter and we love that guests can feel comfortable and secure while visiting our area.
