Property is in close proximity to restaurants, shopping, and best of all, the beach! When you walk out of the property and head towards the shops nearby, there is an amazing view of the ocean. Look forward to staying at the property again.

Perfect weekend getaway!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this apartment and had stayed here years ago, so we were so happy when we found it again! The place was spotless and well equipped with everything we needed for the weekend. It was a short easy walk to the beach and shops and the hosts were easy to communicate with (although we had no issues to communicate to them during our stay). I would highly recommend the Sun 'n Sand Studio for your next vacation.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Huge disappointment, we left a day early. Never again!
