Great location

Very responsive when we had a problem with the kitchen sink. Location is great. We were able to walk to just about everywhere we needed to go.

The ocean view was nice. There are a lot of stairs and they are fairly steep so if you are physically challenged or have little ones it may cause an impediment. The place could’ve been a LOT cleaner. We saw various junk / food under the couch which clearly doesn’t get moved to clean. The couch itself was stained up which is expected however there are better materials/ colors the host could buy. The place needs a fresh coat of paint and new baseboards. The garbage cans on property stunk to high heaven. It’s very obvious the property owner is not very invested in the quality of stay- there was a paper left on the TV stand that had the name and phone number of the property owner from 2 sales ago. The stay was fine however a bit overpriced for the season/ condition of the house.

We were very happy with our stay at Seaside Serenity, the house was very spacious for the 7 of us. The whole thing we wished it had was lights on deck so you could see where you were going and not miss steps.
