Please put all wet and used linen/towels in the shower and not on the floor or against walls. This destroys vinyl and wood. Do not remove anything from the property unless it belongs to you.

Please extinguish fires and turn off the gas stove . Ensure fires are properly doused before storing grills, fire-pits or closing lids.

Please do a room sweep and check in the storage compartments located underneath the beds and benches to ensure you do not leave any personal items behind.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Quiet hours are from 9pm-7am if you're staying on Sleepyheadz property.

Please do not hang on RV, climb on RV or attach, remove any flags, decal or devices to any RVs, tents or any rented camping gear and equipment.

Guests responsible for parking fees, passes, stadium or tailgating tickets if not staying on our property and wants RV to be delivered to a location.
