The VRBO was very clean, close to good restaurants, and had appliances and features not found in others we have stayed in, such as an excellent washer and dryer, kitchenware, and coffee and condiments. Check in was a breeze and the owner was responsive. We would definitely stay there again.

This place was a perfect spot for a couple week stay. It is well-appointed with thoughtful amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. Great spot a short walk to Hillcrest and beyond.

Truly a charming space and great location. Spaces fully populated for everyday living (kitchen, dining, living room, bedroom, bathroom). Friendly and attentive host. I extended my stay and would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. It was very clean, in a nice renovated building. Hunter has gone above and beyond on stocking the place and making sure everything is clearly labeled and easy to find. The bed was so comfy and there were even extra pillows in different heights so we could find one that was perfect for us. Communication with Hunter was fantastic and he made sure we had the best experience possible. We would absolutely come back again in the future!

The apartment is very well equipped. The location is very good both for walking and driving access to the city and ocean. The only issue is the lack of bedroom storage for clothing for an extended stay (too few hangers and no dresser).

Long Holiday weekend

Spot was great, well kept. The W/D and BT speaker were definitely appreciated. Not much parking in the area, but still would stay here again, as there are many places within walking distance.

Stayed 2 weeks in July 2026. Property exactly as listed. Really nice property, updated with a really nice kitchen that had absolutely everything you might need to prepare meals, and we did. Location is really good. Restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and Whole Foods all within a short walk. Very close to everything San Diego and a great location to Naval Medical Center San Diego. Bed was very comfortable. Very quiet street and 2nd floor unit gets great cross breezes from the windows. Hunter was extremely responsive even on the 4th of July!!! We loved our time at this adorable 1 bedroom. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
