Peaceful recently renovated home on Matlacha Island. This 2 bedroom
1 full bath home sits on a waterfront canal just a few feet from open water. Enjoy some of the best fishing in Florida and park your boat on the dock. This home includes kayaks, a paddle board, and bicycles to roam around to the many shops and restaurants in the area. Off street parking for 2 vehicles, and a gravel area for small boat trailers. This home is one half of a duplex, but has private patio area with a 4 person hot tub
