Beautiful place super clean came with 2 rooms so it was super convenient for me and my sister we had our own rooms and our own bathrooms and it made our California experience great! Also the host gave us fun places to go to and eat for our stay, great communication we had access to the pool and hot tub I would definitely stay here again with a friend or family member again in the future!

Cute apartment just minutes from downtown LA. The private parking was convenient, and the unit was exactly as described. I loved that my 20-year-old daughter and I each had our own bedroom and bathroom. We weren’t at the apartment much, really just to sleep, so it was exactly what we needed. Quiet location, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a great experience staying in this Downtown LA spot. The place was clean, spacious, and well-maintained which is exactly what we were looking for. The gym was a nice bonus, and the pool was definitely a highlight for my son; he loved it! The location is perfect close to everything we needed, including restaurants, shops, and attractions within 15 mins away. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the host was excellent with communication throughout our stay. Highly recommend if you're looking for a convenient, comfortable place in the heart of LA!

David was an AMAZING host. His communication was excellent- truly top tier! The unit was very clean. I appreciated that most of all. It was also very secure. The building is locked and you need a code to enter as well as a code to access the elevator. Even the parking is gated. So I felt very safe in an unknown area and neighborhood. There was even a security guard at the desk upon entering the building, though I’m uncertain if it’s staffed 24/7. Either way the building was very secure. The unit had pretty much everything you receive in a hotel except it had a washer and dryer as well as a full kitchen. There was a dedicated parking space which was PERFECT. You never have to hunt for parking, just your own dedicated space which is very easy to access and about 15 steps from the elevator. The unit is in a VERY good location if you want to go downtown. It’s also very close to many centers, only about 10 minutes or less to both the crypto.com arena and convention center. Hollywood boulevard was about a 15-20 minute drive but there was (surprisingly) very little traffic. It was just in a very good location, pretty much central to most attractions in LA. Would highly recommend.

This place was perfect! The host was very responsive and helpful. The place is just as pictured and well taken care of. The security was good which was important for us being in DTLA. We plan to stay here again the next time we are in town. I had the worse time finding a hospitable person for rentals in DTLA. Try this place… trust me on it, you won’t regret it!
