Bonny Vista means beautiful view ~ aptly named, the views from this wonderful property are breathtaking. The majestic Otsego lake can be seen from the dining room, living room and primary king bedroom. Not to mention the view from the front porch and fire pit overlooking the ever beautiful Otsego Lake are out of this world.

This home has been lovingly renovated in all the right ways, making this house an easy choice for any traveler coming to the Cooperstown area. The main living space is all on one floor, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the 1st floor. All the bedrooms are perfectly appointed with new nectar mattresses, new bedding, new furniture and smart TVs. The primary bedroom has a king bed and the other 2 bedrooms have queen beds. There is a large bathroom with a tub/shower combo in the hallway conveniently located near all the bedrooms. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the large living room, all with views of the lake. Sit back and relax on the super comfy sectional couch in the living room, enjoy a movie on the large smart TV or take in the view. Just off the kitchen is the large dining room with plenty of seating for guests, a wall of large windows lets the lights and view in!

The lower level consists of another comfy couch and TV setup, foosball and other games to keep busy. A gaming room with couch and smart tv as well as another full bathroom and laundry area complete the lower level.

There is a large yard with lots of space to play and a stone patio with seating and a firepit overlooking the lake, a great spot for morning coffee. Whether you are coming to Cooperstown for baseball or just a general visit this home is under 15 minutes to the Village of Cooperstown and under 5 minutes to the Glimmerglass Opera, as well as Otsego Golf Course and Meadowlinks Golf Course.

Nice, quiet, comfortable, safe with a beautiful view

The house was clean and had the right amount of amenities for what we needed and expected. It’s a short drive to downtown Cooperstown and area attractions. We would recommend this property to anyone who wants a nice, quiet, peaceful place to stay.

This home was beautiful and clean! We only stayed for two nights. We loved the view of the lake from the porch. Cooperstown was a quick drive down the lake. We would love to stay again if we are in the area with family.

This house is an absolute gem! From the moment we stepped inside, we loved every detail from the amazing front porch to the beautiful spaces within. Each bedroom was immaculate and had such a sweet design, you felt instantly at home. Kitchen is also lovely and easy to navigate. We loved everything about this house and our stay.

Great secluded location

The house was situated in a picturesque part of the Cooperstown area (although it is not located in Cooperstown). It’s a great secluded location off the beaten path with nice views of the lake and trees. We went in the fall with the leaves changing. We also heard what we think was wolves howling at night which was pretty spectacular. It’s a good spot for a family, a couple or even two couples.
