The house was perfect for our group of 6. Clean, great communication from the host, and a nice backyard with a hot tub and firepit, which we enjoyed every night. Quiet residential neighborhood, a 5min drive to groceries. Great place to stay!

This place was just what I needed for my stay — not fancy, but clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, just a short walk to my family’s house. We especially appreciated the large kitchen table where everyone could gather and the nice fire pit for evenings outside. Check-in and check-out were simple, and I liked that no cleaning was required before leaving. Overall, a convenient, comfortable, and easy stay

We are a family from the Boston area who loves the charm and beauty of Cape Cod. As frequent travelers, we understand the importance of a comfortable and welcoming home base. We enjoy outdoor activities, exploring local cuisine, and spending quality time at the beach. Hosting allows us to share our love for Hyannis with others, ensuring our guests have a memorable and relaxing stay. We take pride in providing a well-maintained and thoughtfully equipped home for our visitors.

Why they chose this property

We chose this Harwich neighborhood because it sits at the sweet spot of the Lower Cape—quiet, spacious, and beautifully connected to everything people come to Cape Cod for.

Tucked into a peaceful cul-de-sac near Pleasant Bay, this area feels residential and relaxed, not touristy or crowded. You wake up to birds, not traffic—and still reach Chatham, Harwich Port, and some of the Cape’s most iconic beaches in under ten minutes. That combination is rare and, frankly, priceless.

From here, it’s effortless to explore. Bike directly to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, spend the day at Pleasant Bay or the National Seashore beaches, golf at nearby courses, or wander Chatham’s shops and restaurants. Nickerson State Park is close for hiking and nature days, while coffee runs and everyday conveniences are right around the corner. You’re never far—but you never feel “in it.”

What truly sold us was how livable this neighborhood is for groups and families. The streets are quiet, the lots are generous, and there’s room to breathe—inside and out. Kids can play freely in the yard, adults can unwind at night, and everyone comes back to a home base that feels calm after full Cape days.

This is the kind of neighborhood where days are active and evenings are slow—hot tub soaks, fire pit conversations, and star-filled skies. We chose it because it delivers the Lower Cape at its best: scenic, central, and wonderfully easy to enjoy.

What makes this property unique

What sets this Harwich getaway apart isn’t just one feature—it’s the whole experience guests keep talking about. This home delivers the kind of vacation feel people don’t just enjoy—they remember.

First, the amenity lineup is a standout. The hot tub is repeatedly mentioned as the place to unwind after a day exploring the Cape, turning chilly evenings into cozy, laughter-filled traditions. The outdoor shower and fire pit double down on that classic Cape Cod vibe—relaxation that feels intentional, not just functional.

Inside, the space feels genuinely livable, not just stylish. Guests appreciate the roomy layout, which makes big groups and multi-family trips feel comfortable rather than cramped. Fast Wi-Fi and thoughtful amenities mean you can mix beach days with work days without compromise—something many visitors specifically highlight as a trip enhancer.

Location is a subtle but powerful differentiator. You get peace and privacy on a quiet residential cul-de-sac, yet Harwich’s best beaches, trails, and towns are minutes away. Guests consistently note how convenient it is to be close to Pleasant Bay and Chatham Port without sacrificing that sense of retreat.

Then there’s the feel. This home naturally becomes the social hub of a Cape getaway—the place where morning coffee turns into patio conversations, afternoons spill into hot tub soaks, and evenings gather around the fire pit under string lights. It’s the kind of space that invites connection while giving everyone room to breathe.

In short, guests love how this property blends comfort, convenience, and that unforced Cape Cod charm into a stay that feels as good in the memories as it does in the moment.
