The property was large, clean and convenient to the beach. The pool was clean and never crowded. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and safe.

The house is well laid out. The host was easily reachable and responsive. There were sheets missing for a pull out couch so we bought our own. Overall the stay was good. The kitchen could use a few small things like tongs and a rubber spatula. A few bulbs were out and some other minor things. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

We were a group of 6 adults and 4 kids. Great house with plenty of room for everyone to hang out, but also enough room for everyone to have own space! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. There were also games, books, beach chairs and beach toys to use! The kids loved the pool and it was never crowded! There are playgrounds nearby for kids to play!We also loved the neighborhood. Kids were able to safely ride scooters. Also other neighborhoods close by walk.We really enjoyed our time here!

It was a great stay. Clean, open space, deck and grill. The property was wonderful and fit all 11 of us. The pool was clean and great and centrally located to Bethany Beach, Ocean City Maryland and Rehoboth. We would definitely stay again! We loved it!!
