1. No Parties or Events Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and may be subject to a fine of up to $1,000 if evidence of a party or event is found.
2. Maximum Occupancy The property accommodates a maximum of 8 adults, including children. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
3. Cleanliness Please leave the property tidy and dispose of all trash in the designated bins. Excessive cleaning required after your stay may incur an additional fee.
4. Damages & Issues Guests are responsible for any damages that occur during their stay. Please report any issues, broken items, or concerns promptly so we can address them.
5. Use of Amenities Guests may use amenities like kitchen appliances and the washer/dryer at their own risk. Please treat the property and all items with care.
6. Check-In Form Completing the check-in form before arrival is required.
7. Security Deposit A refundable $500 security deposit may be required.

Very nice house with good quality furnishings. Well stocked kitchen with a greeting gift and many complimentary items. Excellent instructions and communication was provided. This house deserves care and I recommend it to responsible groups or families.
