We stayed here to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday, and it was the perfect place to bring the family together. The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as pictured, with plenty of room for everyone to gather. Check-in was easy and the host was quick to respond whenever we had a question. It made a special occasion even more memorable, and we'd happily stay here again

We stayed a week with family, 29 of us, including 7 kids. The house is huge and accomodated our group nicely. The hosts were wonderful. Tina kept in touch before, during, and after our stay to make sure we were happy. We had an amazing time and are planning to return!

The house was everything we could have asked for. We stayed a week with a family of 25 that included 10 children. The bedrooms are large, the kitchen is very nicely equipped, the indoor and outdoor pools were very clean and a nice temperature. The open floor plan was perfect for gatherings and playing games and doing crafts. The table seating was more than sufficient for us. The basement activity room was a lot of fun. We enjoyed the morning and evening visits of deer on the spacious front lawn.

Awesome home for a family reunion. The house was super clean and Tina was super responsive to all of our questions before and during the trip. We had almost 30 guests, and we loved that there were more than enough individual queen beds across the 12 bedrooms. No one ever had to wait for a bathroom. We also appreciated that the porch had gates that you could utilize if you want for smaller kids. Kitchen was equipped with enough utensils and plates for us all and we mostly ate around the two huge islands. There was plenty of more room to sit right off the kitchen in the dining room. Both pools and hot tub were very clean. Lots of areas outdoor and open floor plan indoor where the entire family could hang out.

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Evergreen Estate. The house is incredibly spacious, spotless and perfect for our getaway. Fully stocked kitchen with lots of space for cooking and eating indoors and outdoors. The outdoor space was a major highlight, lots of space for games and also super close to the lake!

We had our 3rd annual family reunion here at the Evergreen Estates. We couldn't ask for better accommodations for our large group. There was plenty of room to spread out and quiet areas for cozy conversations. Our hosts were a pleasure to work with. Looking forward to rebooking next year.

Amazing house, wonderful host, very happy we chose this property.

First, i would like to thank the host for such hospitality & helping us get settle in. Secondly, we were so reluctant to have a house with all the amenities for us especially kids. Third, this house will fit a whole family plus more. Very spacious and both pools were amazing. We are definitely coming back, this would be our gateway home.Don’t hesitate to book you will have a great time.

Great property for large groups especially families. HUGE open basement with a pool table, ping pong and foos ball plus large seating area with flat screen tv. The house was very clean (my group has high cleanliness standards) with plenty of space to sit by one of the fire pits, large deck, or on the wrap around deck near the pool. We had a few questions during our stay and the owners were quick to respond with advice and video links to help. We would definitely book again.

* The pool (indoor and outdoor, plus sauna and hot tub) was a big hit with both adults and kids.* The kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils and cookware we needed, which made preparing multiple meals so convenient.* There were enough washrooms to keep everyone comfortable.* The basement, with its indoor games, was an absolute favorite for both kids and adults.
