Great Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Evergreen Estate. The house is incredibly spacious, spotless and perfect for our getaway. Fully stocked kitchen with lots of space for cooking and eating indoors and outdoors. The outdoor space was a major highlight, lots of space for games and also super close to the lake!

We had our 3rd annual family reunion here at the Evergreen Estates. We couldn't ask for better accommodations for our large group. There was plenty of room to spread out and quiet areas for cozy conversations. Our hosts were a pleasure to work with. Looking forward to rebooking next year.

From the moment we arrived at the house, our group kept saying how this house felt like home. A number of us have stayed in other rental homes and never quite felt comfortable enough to really put up our feet, or move around the kitchen cooking meals seamlessly, or have a great night’s rest. But I have to say after three nights there, it was very hard to leave the house. I’m looking forward to planning future trips that includes staying here. Tina and Boris were amazing hosts who are always accessible no matter what and no matter how little or small our questions were. One evening we were making margaritas and the blender was broken, and I texted them to let them know that this happened and within an hour a new blender was on the doorstep. It’s the attention to detail and the care that really made this stay feel like being at home away from home. Thank you so much for letting us stay at the gorgeous place.

Amazing house, wonderful host, very happy we chose this property.

First, i would like to thank the host for such hospitality & helping us get settle in. Secondly, we were so reluctant to have a house with all the amenities for us especially kids. Third, this house will fit a whole family plus more. Very spacious and both pools were amazing. We are definitely coming back, this would be our gateway home.Don’t hesitate to book you will have a great time.

Great property for large groups especially families. HUGE open basement with a pool table, ping pong and foos ball plus large seating area with flat screen tv. The house was very clean (my group has high cleanliness standards) with plenty of space to sit by one of the fire pits, large deck, or on the wrap around deck near the pool. We had a few questions during our stay and the owners were quick to respond with advice and video links to help. We would definitely book again.

We had a family gathering at the Evergreen Estate. Everyone had a fantastic time at the house. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed to accommodate the group.The bathrooms and bedrooms are kept nice and clean. The living space is very warm and cozy.Tina and Boris were very responsive with all my questions before our arrival to the house. The kids were so busy with all the entertainment the house provided. The only complaint i got from everyone was the trip was too short!!! We will definitely come back again on our next family gathering and will refer our friends too.
