With 3 bedrooms including 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, along with one and an half baths plus an outdoor shower, this welcoming property offers a cozy living room with an additional sofa bed. Set on 175 feet of lake frontage the the lot offers great privacy. The property has a 30 foot dock for easy boat parking and the views up the lake are breathtaking. The sandy bottomed shore makes for a welcoming dip. Centrally located in Leelanau county the address is a five minute drive to Leland and a half hour to the Sleeping Bear Dunes. Whether you're looking to unwind or explore the area, this pleasant cottage provides the perfect home base for your getaway. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

Great Leelanau Cottage

Great spot on North Lake Leelanau. Check-in was easy, house was very clean, owner was very responsive. A beautiful view with a week full of fun. Sandy bottom right off the dock. Can’t wait to come back.

Cute cottage, beautiful beach

We had a wonderful time at the Neeb cottage. We had everything we could want for a fun vacation. The dock worked well for our boat and swimming. The view is gorgeous and sunsets are spectacular! Beds very comfortable and everything was very clean. Ceiling fans in all the bedrooms felt great, tho ac worked perfectly. Dishwasher is a plus for quick cleanup after meals, also appreciated the filtered drinking water tap at the kitchen sink, as well water in this area does not have great taste. We will be looking for opportunities to return!
