We are three hundred meters from the beach, building contains garage for one car, swimming pool, sauna and games room. In the apartment has two rooms, two dormitories being one with suite, kitchen, social bathroom, gourmet space, balcony with barbecue. We offer you for your comfort in the lodging: sofa bed in the living room, coffee maker, microwave, electric oven, stove, washing machine, air conditioners being one in each room, ceiling fans, tv finished with total package. OBS: Cleaning fee of the apartment R $ 80.00 deliver to the union on your departure.

O apto é Top!!! Nem parece apto de aluguel de temporada de praia, confesso que teria dó de alugar com os tipos de móveis, TVs, etc. Vale muito apena alugar, tudo muito organizado, apto no geral tudo novo, camas com colchões ótimos, 2 banheiro bons, sofá cama ótimo e confortável, apto espaçoso, cozinha completa. Piscina ótima, elevador ótimo, estacionamento apesar de ficar na área descoberta, ele é isolado dos demais onde você pode abrir a porta do carro sem medo de bater na porta do carro estacionado ao lado. Ar condicionado apesar de fazer um pouco de barulho por ser antigo, funciona perfeitamente nos 2 quartos, os 2 ventiladores de teto funcionam perfeito,. Área gourmet top. O único ponto negativo: - sofá cama e as 2 poltronas estão com um certo odor, acredito que os hóspedes sentam nele suados e com protetor solar na pele quando chegam da praia. Mas nada que o cheiro atrapalhe também.
