The condo was clean but we did find a cockroach in the bathroom on the first day. Nothing after that. The condo looks better in the pictures- it is pretty old. New floors, but everything else is old, peeling paint by the showers, old couch and chairs. You can tell they are trying to maintain the place but you can't put lipstick on a pig. Overall, for the price we paid, 3 out of 5 stars.

The place was OK but I did notice so things weren't clean. We only got 2 trash bags for 8 days. No oven mitts . The chairs on the porch were broken. The couch and chairs inside were old and falling apart. The dresser had what looked like puke. No broom. I had to buy one. They had and old squeegee mop that was so filthy and hard as a rock. It was very dusty. Paint all over the door handles. The kitchen table had spots all over it pocket had never been wiped on the bottom. And we took our kids to the pool after I went and bought floaties and the employee comes up to me and says no floaties allowed while other people were floating on floats. The house was really friendly. The rule said no pets but everyone there had a pet with them including an employee riding around on a golf cart. I feel like when you pay 1,800 to stay somewhere for a week you shouldn't have to pay for parking or have to have pool passes just to be there it should be included with the price. Each place is owned by different people I don't think I'll stay at this one again.
