The property is charming and has charm. Very peaceful and clean. If we forgot something the owner, had it there and we never had to go to the store to get anything. The owner responded right away and answered all questions no matter what time of day or night it was. If you want to visit the town of Mystic Falls (LOL) this is the perfect place because it 25 min away.

Yania was super. I had an issue getting in the property myself because the vrbo app malfunctioned and I couldn't view the message. Yania was very receptive and was able to give me the access code. Beds were comfy. She also gave us suggestions when I asked for places to eat.

Beautiful lake-side view with chairs on the balcony and down by the bank. Kid friendly with lots of little board games, card games, and a pool table downstairs. Recently renovated and very clean. We used this is a launching point to Jackson, GA to do the Stranger Things tours and escape rooms. About 22 mins from Jackson.

Thank you for your feedback, and you are absolutely right — we will make sure to update that information. The game room does have a sofa bed and a bathroom, but I understand your point and will double-check the listing details. To be honest, I do feel the stay deserved a 10/10, especially considering that I allowed approximately 20 guests when the reservation was for 4, even though the house rules clearly state no gatherings or parties of any kind. I also let you check in two hours early and informed you that on Sunday you could check out at 2:00 PM instead of 11:00 AM. But it’s okay — I appreciate your comments.
