Welcome to our charming, generously sized, and fully equipped condo, where comfort and convenience meet. Whether you're in Dallas for a short stay or an extended visit, we’ve made sure that this space has everything you need to feel right at home. From the quality bedding to the well-stocked kitchen, we’ve thought of all the details to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Location:

The condo is located in a quiet, tree-lined community that offers a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to all the action. You’ll have easy access to all major highways in Dallas, including US75, I635, and the Dallas North Tollway. DAL airport is about 17 minutes away, the DFW International Airport is about 20 minutes away from our condo. This location makes it incredibly easy to explore the city, yet the condo itself remains very quiet and serene, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle.

Condo Features:

Our condo is 950 square feet, offering a spacious and comfortable environment that’s perfect for both relaxation and productivity. The layout is thoughtfully designed, with two well-sized bedrooms, a functional living area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Thanks to the brilliant layout, the two bedrooms are separated well, but the common area (living and dining room) has an open concept and connects the guests.

Attached Garage & Privacy: One of the most convenient features of this condo is the attached garage. After parking, you can walk directly from the garage into the apartment, providing maximum privacy and convenience. No need to deal with shared hallways or external entrances – simply park, and you're home.

Bedrooms: The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed with high-quality sheets and a brand-new, comfortable mattress. We also provide extra pillows to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The second bedroom is equally inviting, with a cool gel technology queen-sized bed, an L-shaped desk, an adjustable office chair, and a file cabinet. We've also included an HP printer for those needing to work while away (note: ink and paper are not provided). Whether you’re in town for business or leisure, this room provides both comfort and functionality.

Bathroom & Shower: Both bathrooms are well equipped with shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, soap, and several sizes of towels. The master bath has a luxurious rain showerhead, allowing for a refreshing and relaxing shower experience. We’ve ensured everything you need for your personal care is in place, from quality towels to essential toiletries.

Kitchen: The kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need to prepare meals, not just heating up frozen dinners. You will find spices, oils, and plenty of cookware. Whether you’re cooking a quick meal or preparing a more elaborate dish, the kitchen has you covered. We also provide kitchen tools and utensils, sharp knives, and serving dishes, so you can easily do a good Thanksgiving meal as well.

Comfort & Convenience:

Thermostat & Climate Control: We’ve made sure the thermostat is adjustable to your comfort within a reasonable range. In the summer, the lowest temperature setting is 71°F to prevent issues with the AC motor. However, thanks to the great insulation and shading of the building, it feels quite cool and comfortable. You’ll be able to enjoy a cozy and pleasant indoor climate throughout your stay.

High-Speed Internet & Entertainment: The condo is equipped with high-speed internet, which is ideal for both work and leisure. The 50” Roku-enabled TV offers streaming access to your favorite platforms like Netflix, Hulu, and HBO (please bring your own credentials). Whether you’re catching up on your favorite series or just relaxing after a long day, you’ll have all the entertainment you need at your fingertips.

Private Patio: Enjoy the fresh air on your private patio, which has a tall privacy fence and is complete with two rocking chairs and a mini grill. This is the perfect spot to unwind or take in the peaceful surroundings. If you're a smoker, the patio is the designated smoking area, offering you a quiet space to relax outdoors.

Nearby Attractions: Just a few minutes away, you’ll find the upscale Galleria Mall, offering great shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The area also boasts fantastic restaurants, bars, and a range of entertainment venues, all within a 3-5 minute drive. Whether you’re in the mood for a night out, shopping, or trying local cuisine, you won’t have to travel far to find something exciting.

Our small community is surrounded by lush trees and greenery, creating a tranquil environment. The neighbors are friendly and respectful, maintaining a quiet and private atmosphere. It's a great place to relax, unwind, and enjoy your stay in Dallas. The neighborhood is also very safe, so you can feel confident and secure during your time here.

House Rules & Considerations:

We ask that you be considerate of the neighbors, who value their privacy and quiet surroundings. Please refrain from hosting parties or large gatherings, as this is a peaceful community. You can certainly have daytime guests and family members, but no extra people to sleep, only what we agreed on at the time of the booking. The condo is available for short-term rentals, from a minimum stay of 2 nights to a maximum of 12 months, providing you with flexible accommodation options.
