Escape to our exquisite 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse right on the water at Smith Mountain Lake.  This beautifully appointed home away from home blends comfortable living spaces with the serene beauty of the lake.  Enjoy your mornings with a cup of coffee on the deck, taking in the breathtaking views of SML’s main channel, and spend your afternoons exploring the lake's attractions by water or land.  

Covered boat slip accommodating a 23’ “V” craft and dock are included, along with a single PWC floating dock. Don't have a boat? This deep-water dock is perfect for fishing, swimming, and relaxing while taking in the views of Smith Mountain.  Located in one of the most desirable areas of SML. It is a 5-minute drive to Kroger, Westlake movie theater and shopping. Bridgewater plaza is only 10 minutes away and has great dining options and fun activities for the kids.  Want a home-cooked meal?  Our updated kitchen has everything you need for your stay including cookware, cutlery, food storage, blender and drip coffeemaker.  The back patio, just steps from the lake, features a gas grill.  Enjoy the sunset with a cocktail on the fully furnished back deck and s’mores in Adirondak chairs by the lakeside.

After a day of activities, unwind in the spacious and beautifully designed interior, equipped with all the amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.  Snuggle up by the electric fireplace in the living room to watch a movie on one of two large screen Smart TVs.  WiFi enables access to your subscription video on demand services or pop in one of the kid-friendly DVDs provided.  Board games and toys are alsoprovided.

Lakeside retreat

We enjoyed our stay at this property, which was situated right on the lakefront. The house was clean and the rooms spacious. There were baby gates on both stairs, which is great if there are younger children. The rooms and living spaces were also split over three levels which gave a lot of privacy. The host responded quickly to our questions. Overall I would recommend this property.

Very nice place on the lake. Very pricey for the two of us for the weekend. Bathrooms very small. Upstairs bedrooms were hot and could use a boost from air conditioners. Basement very cool but damp smelling.
