Cedar Key Retreat

Situated on 200 yards of Witcher Creek in Cedar Key Cove, this house offers spectacular water and mountain views. Enjoy the quiet of a 3/4 mile no-wake zone that opens out to the main lake. Admire the lake view from the deck, sunroom, or covered patio. The lake is just steps away from the house, which is nestled on a 3-acre lot, near a quite, protected wildlife preserve and state forest.
The space
House is divided into three split levels.

Top level has large kitchen and dining area adjacent to the outside upper deck, which offers a grill and plenty of seating to enjoy beautiful lake views. A half-bath and master bedroom with full bath and king bed are located off the kitchen. A spacious den with vaulted ceilings is just a few steps down from this level. Off of the den you will find a sunroom that faces the lake and opens up to the deck, perfect for quiet mornings.

A queen bedroom, king bedroom, kids play room, and a full bathroom are located on the lower level. The washer/dryer, and a large closet with games and plenty of storage space are also on this level which leads out to a furnished, covered porch that faces the lake.

A short set of steps down from the lower level brings you to the entertainment room with a pool table, dart board, bar, gas fireplace and a large 75-inch flat screen TV, perfect for watching movies or your favorite sporting events. Also in the entertainment room is an extra refrigerator, convenient for keeping your beverages cold and easily accessible during your stay. Walk through the sliding glass door to exit the entertainment room and sit on the porch swing on another lake-facing covered patio.

Your outdoor space includes a fire pit for cool nights as well as the dock which offers direct sun or covered shelter for guests. A shed next to the dock contains paddles and life jackets in varying sizes. Next to the shed you will find paddle boards, canoes, kayaks and paddle boats.

75 inch Smart TVs that support all of your favorite streaming apps are located in the upstairs living room and the downstairs entertainment room. A Roku TV is available in the bunk room and all other bedrooms utilize Fire TVs, each of which will allow for all your streaming needs.
Guest access
Guests may access all areas of the house except for the garage and a locked room on the upper level across from the half-bath.
