Family getaway

Beautiful, immaculate home in a quiet neighborhood so close to everything. The house is spacious and comfortable. Plenty of room to lounge, cook, and just hang out as a family. The owner was so nice & easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this place.

A wonderful stay for our family of 6 This house was absolutely immaculate, and the thoughtful little touches made it even better — shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, all fully stocked, plus a lovely welcome basket of treats (the kids were thrilled with the Rice Krispy treats!). The kitchen was well-equipped with a great variety of cooking utensils, which made it easy to enjoy several big family meals together. The location is fantastic — an easy walk to grocery stores, shops, the beach, and all the best of La Jolla. The host's communication was excellent from start to finish, which made the whole stay feel effortless. The house was spacious and perfect for our family of 6, and the kids especially loved the hot tub and how clean and comfortable everything felt. A couple of small things worth mentioning: the driveway is narrow and steep, but the host gave us a heads-up beforehand, and we navigated it just fine even with our Yukon Denali. There's also a 10pm spa curfew, which we totally understand is due to noise ordinances rather than anything the host could control. The air conditioning ran a bit warm at times, but it certainly didn't take away from what was otherwise a fantastic stay. We'd happily come back — highly recommend this place for families!
