About this property

3BR Farmhouse near Gilbert Temple with access to indoor Racquetball Court

Nestled in Gilbert, this charming house welcomes guests with 3 cozy bedrooms. When you enter you are welcomed by an open living space where you can sit back and relax or set up a work station at a desk. Our large kitchen comes fully loaded with lots of amenities. Blender, AirFryer, Electric Kettle, Coffee Maker, Handmixer, Toaster. Etc! You should have everything you need to make a home cooked meal if you don't feel like eating out.

Everyone can sleep comfortably in our 3 bedrooms. 1 bedroom with a queen size bed is located just off of the dining area on the main floor. The other 2 bedrooms are upstairs. One has a king size bed while our 'garden' room has 2 queens. The 'garden' room will delight both kids and adults alike with the blue sky and garden theme. Just outside the upstairs bedrooms is a loft with a queen size sleeper bed.

Our split bathroom allows simultaneous use as the shower is separate from the toilet.

Need to blow off some steam? You can access the indoor racquetball court through the shared yard. It is fully stocked with things to play racquetball, volleyball, wallyball, futsal and anything else you want to do inside. This is a shared space so let us know when you would like to use it.

Have kiddos traveling with you? We have an infant bath, high chair and Pack & Play for your use.

The Peaceful Manor is perfectly located just a stones throw from the LDS Gilbert Temple, near the San Tan Village Mall. We are only about 15 minutes from Downtown Gilbert and the Arizona Athletic Grounds (AKA - Legacy or Bell Bank Park).

6 cars can be parked tandem in the driveway. Please no parking on the street.

Very clean! Cool indoor rec area on side of house to play indoor court sports. Girls bedroom upstairs so cute! Big kitchen with snacks too! Comfy beds. Nice area of Gilbert with good amount of parking off the street.

This house on a house has a spacious living area and very comfortable beds. We didn't utilize the indoor sport court (next time!) So much parking space on the driveway. This VRBO is in a very safe neighborhood and we really enjoyed our stay. They had snacks when we arrived and all the kitchen & laundry essentials.

Shawn and I are native Arizonans. We grew up in Mesa and have lived in Gilbert for the past 17 years. We love the area for the shopping and entertainment, close to the San Tan Mountains provides great hikes and biking trails. We also love being close to Discovery Park and the Gilbert Temple

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood makes you feel like you are still the country. Lots of space between neighbors and lots of land. Its a nice quiet neighborhood. And at the same time you are steps away from all the shopping and entertainment you need.

What makes this property unique

Our Farmhouse gives you the ability to be close to all the things you need and also feel like you are a little rural. We also have an awesome indoor sport court that can be utilized for whatever you desire.
