Absolutely no running, diving, or jumping in pool.. Absolutely no smoking inside or outside on property, visitors will be fined and charged $500. No pets, visitors will be fined and charged $500.
No parties visitors will be charged $1000 fine. No outside grills, please use the grill that's provided, visitors will be fined and charged $500. Please clean grill clean fined $100.
Please unplug grill and cover it when not in use. Please do not leave any string lights plugged in when it's raining or not being used. Please let down umbrella when not in use, or doing bad weather
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely no running, diving, or jumping in pool. Absolutely no smoking inside or outside on property, visitors will be fined $500.

We had a great stay. The pool was a nice bonus that sold us on this property. We had a couple of questions during our stay, and James was very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood was quiet and well kept, and my wife and I felt completely comfortable going for a short stroll after a late dinner. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect home for our stay! Lots of space for our family of teens, pool area was beautiful, pool table was a big hit. Communication was clear and quick! We hope to stay again when we come to visit our daughter, a student at the local University.

This house has everything we enjoy. A pool for outdoor play and a pool table for indoor play. The house is conveniently located near anything you need and is in a quiet neighborhood. The house is comfortable and I loved having a kitchen to cook in and a laundry room for laundry. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again!

I’ve been staying VRBOs for a while but I don’t think I’ve ever left a review. I’m doing so now because how wonderful this house was and how great the host was.Honestly I don’t think the pictures does the house justice. That master bedroom is huge and the pool is this wonderful oasis. Highly recommend, the best deal and best stay I have had.

We will be staying here again! James, the owner was fabulous. Communication was so easy. He always responded quickly. He let us check in early. The place was stocked with everything we needed. So many towels, pillows and blankets. The place was clean and quiet. It was so close to everything we needed. I can’t say enough great things about this rental and its owner.

This home was the perfect escape for our Spring Break trip from Wisconsin. Its central location made everything incredibly convenient—we were even able to walk to the University of South Alabama campus. We felt close to all the places we wanted to explore, yet the house itself offered a relaxing retreat at the end of each day.The pool and pool table made for great family time, and we especially appreciated the washer and dryer along with the spacious, well-equipped kitchen for easy evenings in after long beach days. The beds were very comfortable, and the overall amenities exceeded our expectations.The host was outstanding—responsive, helpful, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. We also loved supporting a veteran-owned property, which made the experience even more meaningful.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to Mobile!

Our family had the best time here! The location of the home is nicely tucked away and with the sound from the waterfall in the pool you would never know you had neighbors. It is quite literally its own little oasis! The pool and outdoor space were enjoyed by everyone and was definitely one of our favorite features! Additional mentionable notes: the sectional in the living room is SO comfortable and spacious, a movie night was a must for our group. Oh, and there’s a pool table! Many fun things to be enjoyed here in a central and safe location in Mobile. The host, James, was fantastic! Whenever we had questions or unexpected things arose (at no fault of the host) he was quick to respond and accommodate us or offer quick resolutions. He was also so thoughtful as to include a welcome gift upon our arrival of little snacks and goodies the kids absolutely loved. We are so glad to have discovered this gem and definitely plan to book again in the future when in the area!
