Location is amazing--great privacy and a lot of ammenities. However, the house and grounds need serious updates. Broken furniture, faulty doors, pool tile needs major repair, hot tub kicks off breaker, needs lighting on the outside stairs. Despite what other reviews say, the property manager isn't very helpful.

Way over priced and outdated Vrbo is very misleading with there add such a ripoff washer did not work pool was dirty everything was old and out dated at check in time we had to wait for the owner and cleaning crew to finish didn’t end up checking in till 5 damaged and rotting boards on the front deck a very big disappointment

This property is like no other for the price. The home is older but well kept and clean. Very nostalgic and charming this has the ultimate view. The breeze is constant and wonderful! The house is fun.. odd shaped with 3 balconies and one is screened in. The pool is small but so clear and refreshing.. even has a seated jet pool to relax in before dipping into the hot tub… all with a spectacular ocean view but secluded and private. There are Kayak s on the property and are so much fun! David is Awesome, easy to communicate with and friendly. We brought 2 furbabies and let me tell yoi they loved it! Plan to return next year! Ultimate spit!!
