A two-storey penthouse (175 sq. m.) is located in LAGUNA residential complex with a swimming pool. It is located 100 m. from sandy beaches and promenade. Apartment was recently renovated with new furniture, appliances and engineering communications. Spacious light rooms and stunning views of the sea and the lake would meet the requirements s of the most discerning guests. The apartment has 3 spacious bedrooms (king-size bed, queen-size bed and 2 single bed) and can accommodate up to 10 persons. You can count on comfortable accommodation for 6 people and 4 additional guest beds (2 convertible double sofa beds are available). Apartments are kids - friendly as well and equipped with kids crib and linen, protective stairs barriers, high feeding chair and pot. All rooms are equipped with DAIKIN air conditioning, heating radiators, free Wi-Fi, multilingual multichannel cable TV. There are 2 bathrooms fitted with shower cubicles and hygienic showers. There are cozy living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen with SIEMENS appliances: induction cooktop, oven, cooker hood, dishwasher, fridge with large freezer, toaster, electric kettle, microwave oven, coffee machine, and dishware. The apartments are fitted with a washing machine (8 kg of laundry), a vacuum cleaner, an ironing board and iron, fans, a vault, buckets, and mops.
