Condo was perfect. It has a corner balcony which means you only have one neighbor. Very important if you are bringing load teenagers. Very clean and lots of sleeping arrangements. Really wish it had an ice maker. The only negative experience was you had to buy a parking pass for the condo. I thought that was petty since 99.9% of guests drive to the beach. I guess I’m glad they didn’t charge us for beach/pool access.

Vacation

Very nice place for families. Pool is just right for young swimmers and just to relax. The outside and lobby area are dated and need updating but the overall facility is great. We will 100% be back!!! The best beach vacation we have had. So much better than Panama City it’s not even a comparison for my family.

Excellent location

The location was great. Very close to beach with amazing veiws from balcony and large unit. Could use a little updating in showers. Also definitely need to have non-stick pans in kitchen. It was a huge hassle trying to cook while I was there. Overall great property.

It was in a great location

This unit is very well kept. Clean. Great beach front view! My only complaint would be, for a condo this size they need to leave more than one roll of tissue in each bathroom and one trash bag. I also wish there was a sofa bed on the living room. Very nice though. I would definitely stay again.

No Drama Weekend

Overall, we found this condo well suited to our needs. We were a family of three adults and four children and really needed the use of the let out sleeper however it was much much too uncomfortable. The throw rugs were dirty so we kept our flip-flops or footies on. The towels were rough rough but we rewashed in the machines inside the unit, and that made it some better. Other than that , we found everything to be in the order we expected. The furnishings were adequate and the kitchen fully stocked with cookware,utensils, and dishes. Also, dishwashing materials. The unit was spaced well and allowed for the seven of us to be comfortable at all times. The key reason for going was the beach and it was a tremendous plus to be a short elevator ride away. We didn't rent umbrellas we went down to ALVINS & purchased 2, as well as three beach towels, for the $30 rental price instead. Grocery/ liquor stores and restaurants are close. I am a host as well, so I am a bit more critical, yet, I would not only use this rental again but I would highly recommend it to others.

We certainly want our guests, even children on the sleeper sofa, to have a comfortable and relaxing stay. Perfect!!!

I would give this condo and Brett Robinson Realty ten stars if I could! We had outstanding service and it made our stay so easy! The condo is comfortable and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our vacation. The views from the balcony are beautiful, especially loved seeing the dolphins in the water every morning. My husband and I brought 5 kids, everyone was comfortable and had a great time. The beach is large, so we never felt crowded. This is very family friendly and not super commercialized like some beaches. We would definately come back!

A beautiful rental for a perfect vacation!

We had a wonderful time in this lovely condo. Everything in the unit is First Class! The corner unit location makes for a wide-angle view of the beautiful Gulf. The well-appointed kitchen allows for "cooking with a view".....and every bed is wonderfully comfortable. Whether relaxing on the balcony or heading down to the tennis court or the beach, you'll certainly enjoy your stay. We'll definitely be back!

Perfect vacation with family and friends!

This was a wonderful place to stay. The condo has been tastefully updated with all the amenities one could need for a stress free vacation. The location was perfect; with an amazing ocean view and close to shopping and dining. When we weren't on the white sandy beach or swimming in the pool, we were taking in the view from the large balcony overlooking the ocean. We couldn't have asked for a more comfortable place to stay on our vacation and will be coming back!
