Please turn off the room lights ,air conditioning , TV and iron .
Please lock the backyard door located in the living room and also please close the front door after leaving the house . We thank you for being our guests , we will be glad to welcome you back .
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO SEAFOOD COOKING Inside the kitchen all sea food to be cooked outside on the side stove on a gas grill or for grilling please use charcoal grill
Please be very gentle with the leather sofa recliners in the living room Please DO NOT PUT Extra burden on the front extended portion . Thank you
NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE - Guest will be charged for the cleaning fee to get rid of the smoke smell .
