Guest access
Guests have full, private access to the entire condo, including the spacious living areas, three comfortable bedrooms, and a private balcony. In-unit laundry is available for your convenience, and the rental includes two dedicated parking spaces. As part of the community, guests also have access to the complex’s private hot tubs.
Important note: Due to scheduled building maintenance, the indoor hot tubs will be unavailable for use throughout the summer, starting on May 1, 2025.
Outdoor Hot tub hours: 10am – 10pm.
Other things to note
As part of our safety and compliance process, all guests complete a brief identity verification through our trusted screening partner after booking. In some residences, check-in staff or front desk personnel may also confirm your ID upon arrival, similar to standard hotel procedures.
Your stay includes access via electronic key cards and/or parking passes provided at check-in. A refundable security deposit to cover replacement fees will be collected through our secure verification partner before arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon returning all key cards at check-out. Further details will be provided during your reservation verification process.
Guests are also invited to enhance their stay with a curated selection of premium in-home services—including chef-prepared meals, wellness experiences, and private transportation—coordinated exclusively through our hospitality team. Additional information about available services will be shared after your reservation is confirmed.
Early check-in and late checkout may be available upon request for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please inquire in advance so we can best accommodate your schedule.
